The Construction Design Alliance of Ontario (CDAO), of which the OAA is a member, writes to the Ministry of the Attorney General in response to the proposed regulatory amendments following the independent review of the 2024 Ontario Construction Act. Plans are in place for the Association to release updated resources, such as the Practice Tip Series 10 on the Construction Act, to coincide with the new regulations coming into force.
