The OAA Headquarters is currently open to members and the public. Staff is working in a hybrid model, both remotely and in the office, and remain accessible through email and telephone.
The Headquarters has finished its renovations under of the OAA Headquarters Renew + Refresh Project, with the Association looking to achieve zero net carbon status for its building, meeting the 2030 Challenge more than a decade early. The OAA acknowledges the land on which its Headquarters are built and where its staff and members gather as being the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit, as well as the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat. Directions to OAA Headquarters
The OAA Headquarters is located at 111 Moatfield Drive—one block north and one block west of the intersection of York Mills Road and Don Mills Road in Toronto.
Transit and Parking
If arriving by TTC, the 25B from Pape Subway Station drops passengers off at the top
of Moatfield Drive, while the 995 or 95C from York Mills Subway Station
drops off at the corner of York Mills and Don Mills, which is a short,
five to seven-minute walk to the headquarters.
During regular office hours, OAA parking is intended for Council, Committees, and staff. Limited
parking for guests is provided for deliveries, appointments, and
meetings.
For events outside office hours, when the parking lot is already full, street parking may be available on Moatfield with a three-hour limit.

OAA staff oversee the day-to-day work of the Association. The OAA is committed to providing excellent service for members and the public, as well as a safe and harassment-free work environment for all. The Association will not tolerate aggressive behaviour in any form against its staff, Council, or volunteers, including violence, harassment, threats, intimidation, inappropriate language, and bullying.
The OAA is committed to fostering a healthy work environment for all employees by following the Disconnecting from Work Policy under Ontario’s Employment Standards Act. This policy allows our employees to disconnect from work fully after the expected work time. Please note that OAA staff generally work between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, and will only engage in work-related communications between these expected hours.
