 A copy of the 2023 Annual Report is available on the OAA Website. The report will not be read at the meeting, but matters arising therefrom may be discussed. The rules and procedures for the conduct of the AGM may be viewed by clicking here.

 The agenda for the meeting is noted below, along with items that require voting.

 All licensed OAA members in good standing are permitted to vote on matters before the AGM. Those who cannot attend may appoint another eligible OAA member to act as a proxy on their behalf. The proxy form is for use by licensed OAA members only.

 The meeting will be open for entry 15 minutes before the official 1 pm start. Please join the meeting early as we will take this time to recognize the names of the OAA’s newest licensed members.
