Virtual Event Takes Place on Wednesday, May 3

The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in virtual format on Wednesday, May 3 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. EDT. All those with OAA status are welcome to attend, but only licensed members may vote.

Please click here to register for the AGM by Monday, May 1 at 12:00 noon to attend and be eligible to vote. Access to the virtual AGM will be sent to your email address of record at least one day prior to the AGM.

A copy of the 2022 Annual Report is available on the OAA Website. The report will not be read at the meeting, but matters arising therefrom may be discussed. The rules and procedures for the conduct of the AGM may be viewed by clicking here.

The agenda for the meeting is noted below, along with items that require voting.

All licensed OAA members in good standing are permitted to vote on matters before the AGM. Those who cannot attend the AGM may appoint another eligible OAA member to act as a proxy on their behalf. The proxy form is for use by licensed OAA members only.

The meeting will be open for entry 15 minutes before the official 1 p.m. start. Please join the meeting early as we will take this time to recognize the names of the OAA’s newest licensed members.
