In accordance with publication by the Registrar of Trade-marks on June 23, 2004, ‘OAA’ is recognized as an official mark of the Ontario Association of Architects. As a term formally protected by the OAA, the Council of the OAA may determine who may utilize ‘OAA’ and under what circumstances, as outlined in this policy.
