Multi-packs are valid only for the calendar year in which they are purchased, up to and including December 31.
- Ads are posted for a period of one month from date of posting after which they are deleted. Ads may run for an additional month upon receipt of applicable payment.
- Edits to the text within the ad will be accepted at any time within the one-month period, however position headings may not be altered at any time once posted.
- If a listing is deleted by the employer before the one-month run, it will be considered a complete job post.
- In order to comply with the Pay Transparency Act of Ontario, all job postings shall include information about the expected compensation for the position or the range of expected compensation for the position. In other words, the job posting must either specify the exact pay amount, minimum pay amount, or pay range in order to be accepted for the OAA Website.
Means of Payment
Please note that the OAA does not accept credit card payments. Method of payment options are: cheque payable to Ontario Association of Architects and online banking (Canadian funds only). Payment by electronic means can be made once you receive an invoice which denotes account to be paid.
Process
- Send cheque to OAA, 111 Moatfield Dr. Toronto, ON M3B 3L6
- Ad may be posted prior to receipt of payment.
- If payment is not received, ad will be removed and pre-payment will be required for future ads.
