To promote an equitable, diverse, and inclusive profession, the OAA is pleased to announce a new Mentor Directory is launching this spring.

Please consider submitting your information and volunteering as a mentor at https://members.oaa.on.ca/mentorship-directory-submit.

Accessible only by member login through the OAA Website, the online Mentor Directory database will allow Intern Architects and Student Associates to search for a compatible mentor using information related to their practice, experience, background, and other identity factors. This will allow people to connect with others from specific communities if they choose.
