Toronto Breaks Ground on 705-Unit Transit-Oriented Community in Scarborough

The City of Toronto and CreateTO have broken ground on new transit-oriented, mixed-use community in Scarborough southwest that will have a total of 705 new purpose-built rental homes including 256 affordable rental homes.

The development is located at 777 Victoria Park Ave., formerly a TTC commuter parking lot, and is being developed through a partnership between the city, CreateTO, CMHC, Alterra Group of Companies and Mahogany Management.
