The OAA and the
Local Architectural Societies will kick off their annual co-hosted meetings this June. OAA President
Ted Wilson, Executive Director
Kristi Doyle, and local Chairs will meet with Society members to discuss the partnership between the two groups, provide updates on ongoing and upcoming initiatives, and host open discussions.
Society members interested in attending are encouraged to
contact their local Chair for more information. These meetings offer an important opportunity to engage with the OAA and contribute to the future of the profession.
Confirmed dates, which include virtual and in-person meetings, include:
June 17 at 4 pm (virtual): Niagara Society of Architects;
June 20 at 6 pm: Hamilton and Burlington Society of Architects;
August 12 (evening): Windsor Regional Society of Architects;
August 19 (evening): Ottawa Regional Society of Architects;
August 20 (evening): Northumberland-Durham Society of Architects and Trent Society of Architects;
August 26 (lunch): Northwestern Ontario Society of Architects;
August 28 (lunch): Algoma Society of Architects;
September 11 (lunch): Northern Ontario Society of Architects;
September 11 (dinner): North Bay Society of Architects;
September 19 (lunch): Grand Valley Society of Architects;
October 14 (dinner): St. Lawrence Valley Society of Architects; and
October 15 (lunch): London Society of Architects.
