Colliers Project Leaders will be issuing venders of record (VOR) prequalification calls through MERX for General Architectural, General Interior Design, and Engineering Services in relation to Infrastructure Ontario’s (IO’s) high-complexity projects, with construction budgets ranging from $100,000 to $20,000,000. There will be two separate calls for prequalification—at the end of July for architectural and interior design services, and mid-August for engineering.
As additional context, IO has awarded a new Master Service Agreement to Colliers as its Project Management Service Provider (PMSP). Under the agreement, Colliers is establishing and managing new VOR in accordance with IO procurement policies. Architectural practices interested in responding to the prequalification call should check Colliers’ page on MERX at the end of July.
