The Fire Industry Education Resource Organization (FIERO) has announced its 21st Fire Station Design Symposium and call for entries to the 17th Fire Facilities Design Awards Program. Taking place in Greenville, South Carolina on September 24 to 27, the event aims to enhance the understanding of fire officials, city officials, architects, and others involved in fire facilities design projects.
The Symposium will feature presentations from experts in architecture, fire service, academia, and building construction, exploring topics like the functional requirements and architectural possibilities of modern fire station design. The accompanying Awards program, slated for
