The OAA thanks the Town of Dubreuilville for support and a positive response to the Association’s recent correspondence regarding the rules related to site plan control approval. In July, the OAA sent letters to Directors of Planning and Chief Building Officials across Ontario to offer assistance and share concern about instances of non-licensed professionals preparing architectural designs that accompany applications for site plan control approval under the Planning Act.
