As the architecture profession and the OAA awaits more detail around the regulations and the coming-into-force date, members are advised to proactively become familiar with the amendments as they affect both construction contracts and architectural services contracts.

The OAA Practice Tip PT.10 series will be updated once the legislation is proclaimed. The OAA 2021 contract suite will also require updating.
