This event is organised in partnership with Architecture LGBT+

This panel discussion will explore the importance of LGBTQ+ inclusion and allyship in the workplace.

The panel discussion will be facilitated by RIBA’s HR director, Carl Straw, and feature a number of influential and inspiring guests including Matthew Todd, former Editor of Attitude Magazine, Moud Goba, LGBTI and Human Rights Activist and Paris Lees – a Trans*, presenter, journalist. The discussion will focus on the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals and provide tips on supporting LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Hosted by RIBA’s LGBTQ+ Executive Champion, Geoffrey Milton, HR.

  • Moud Goba- LGBTI and Human Rights Activist and Chair of the Board of Trustees, UK Black Pride
