A block of rooms has been reserved for Conference delegates from May 12-16, 2025. Please reserve your room by 5 pm Monday, April 14, 2025 to ensure you receive the exclusive 2025 OAA room rates. After that time, rates cannot be guaranteed. Availability is based on a first come first served basis. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Deluxe parliament view (single/double): $369 per night

An early departure fee of $100 per room will apply if a customer attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date after confirming departure date upon check in.
The check-in time at the Westin Ottawa is 3 pm and the check-out time is 12 pm.
