new initiative aimed at providing information and guidance about the
content and use of our standard construction documents. We have heard
your questions and are ready to provide simple yet comprehensive
answers! These author-led sessions are designed to explain the
underlying principles behind CCDC documents and teach you their correct
application and use. Documents are available for purchase from our
document outlets. Please see our upcoming schedule below.
October – Changes in the Work CCDC webinar
Changes during a project are common due to the dynamic nature of
construction. Changes can arise from adjustments to the owner’s
requirements, differences in site conditions, supplementary design
details, proposals from the contractor, and other unexpected
circumstances.
This webinar will include:
-An overview of the change process in CCDC contracts.
-A comparative analysis of a change order and a change directive.
-The different methods for pricing and evaluating changes.
-Best practices on managing the change process.

Attendance Policy: Members are required to attend at least 80% of a webinar in order to qualify for Continuing Education learning hours.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations
must be made at least 48 hours prior to the webinar in order to receive
a refund. Webinar fees are not refunded if the cancellation is received
after the deadline or if you are unable to attend.
