Session Abstract:
This webinar will walk designers through the application of OBC Part 11 requirements, specifically, how to determine what upgrades are needed to the existing building systems, what is grandfathered, and how to complete an OBC Part 11 matrix.

- Learn how to assess the buildings performance level.
- Understand applications of compliance alternatives.
- Learn how to prepare an OBC Part 11 Matrix.
About the Speakers:
Megan Nicoletti, Partner, CodeNext Inc.
Megan has extensive experience with Building Code and Fire Code reviews for architects, engineers, designers, developers, and building owners. She is proficient in all scales of commercial, residential, infrastructure, transit, and public sector projects, both in Canada and internationally. Megan is also an active participant in the development of numerous fire and life safety standards through UL and is a regular speaker at industry events and conferences.
