This report provides a summary of the discussions that took place at the OAA’s two Roundtables on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion—one for architects and one for intern architects and students—which were held in the fall of 2020. As well, the report outlines/provides recommendations for how the OAA can implement equity-driven change moving forward.
