FAQ.20 Where Can I Find Standard Forms?

FAQ.20

Question:

Where do I get standard forms like General Review Reports, Certificates for Payment or Certificates of Substantial Performance?

Answer:

Standard forms used by architects are authored, published and maintained by several different organizations primarily Architecture Canada (RAIC), the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) and the OAA. Refer to OAA Practice Support Standard Forms. Additional templates are provided in the OAA Website Knowledge Base. These are forms developed by other architects and are not official OAA documents.
