President and CEO of Infrastructure Ontario (IO), Angela Clayton, writes an open letter to industry partners to make explicit that IO expects all project participants, including designers, consultants, and contractors, comply with both the requirements and intent of the Buy Ontario Act.  In the letter IO confirms that it is committed to working with closely with its partners to to support adherence with the legislation while managing the impacts of tariffs, trade pressures, and other evolving economic factors.
