The Role
We have an immediate opening for a full-time, in-person Intermediate Architect or Intern Architect with strong technical ability and a passion for design excellence.
The ideal candidate brings 5-7+ years of post-graduate professional experience, with a proven ability to produce high-quality construction documentation and coordinate complex building systems. Experience working in small to medium-sized offices specializing in highly detailed custom residential commissions is considered a strong asset.
Candidates should be confident managing a small project team, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to the delivery of finely crafted custom work across all phases - from design development through construction administration - within a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Degree from a recognized Architecture program

Minimum 5 years of relevant [post-graduate] professional experience

Project management experience [asset]

Excellent communication skills [written and verbal].

Strong design sense with a high level of attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam [required]

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Excel; Rhino [asset]

Thorough knowledge of Ontario Building Code and local zoning bylaws

Experience coordinating complete drawing sets for permit, pricing, and construction

Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and detailing

Proven ability to coordinate with engineering consultants

Comfortable reviewing junior staff work and managing internal workflows

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Project scheduling and studio coordination experience [asset]
