With over 15 years in various executive roles for the Grand Valley Society of Architects, including that of past Chair, and as a founding member of Ontario's first worker co-operative architectural practice, I have a broad but grounded perspective of the milieu and practicalities of architectural practice in Ontario. This perspective will support my service on Council in a manner that is equally attuned to the increasingly complex dynamics of architectural practice in Ontario and the criticality of the OAA’s legislated self-regulatory role and mandate to protect the public.
