The Toronto Society of Architects (TSA) is hosting its fourth annual Gingerbread City showcase and the edible creations are now on display virtually and in-person.
The event started in 2020 as a community building event amongst Toronto’s architectural community. A small in-person showcase will take place until Jan. 12 at The Maker Bean Café located at 1052 Bloor St. W. in Toronto.
This year’s submissions, received through an open call, include renditions of some of Toronto’s modern architectural landmarks including Ontario Place, City Hall, Cloud Gardens and the Fort York Visitor Centre. The unique creations were made by architects, bakers and place makers from across the GTA.
