The Society for Design Administration (SDA) Canada is looking for your participation in its new 2022 SDA Salary and Compensation Survey. The OAA encourages you to take part in the initiative, which aims to provide design firms with the latest up-to-date benchmarking information.

SDA promotes education and best practices in management and professional standards of design firm personnel. Its confidential survey will take about 30 minutes to complete, but participants can complete a portion of it, save their progress, and return to finish at a later time. It is open until December 23 at noon.

All those who submit full responses will be able to purchase the final benchmarking results for $115—a discount of 50% off the regular price. More information can be found in the Participants’ Order Form at the end of the questionnaire.
