A pair of recent events co-hosted by the OAA and the Toronto Society of Architects (TSA) are now available online for free, on-demand viewing.
October's “
Meet the OAA and the Local Societies” online event featured members of the profession exploring such topics as the internship process, mentorship, becoming an Architect or Licensed Technologist OAA, and how to get involved with the Association or Local Architectural Societies.
“
Newcomers in Architecture Info Session,” from November, has OAA and Canadian Architectural Certification Board (CACB) experts sharing some of the different paths to licensure in Canada for internationally trained professionals. Topics included academic certification, the Broadly Experienced Foreign Architects (BEFA) program, and existing mutual recognition treaties.
You can also see previous TSA lectures on the Society’s
