The OAA is looking for architectural practices who want to participate in a virtual roundtable on equity, diversity, and inclusion, scheduled for September 12 from 2 to 4 p.m.
This event aims to foster discussion among architectural practices regarding EDI initiatives within firms, as well as an opportunity to share best practices and facilitate a call to action and ‘friendly challenge’ to firms to adopt initiatives within their firms. It is the third OAA EDI roundtable, building on previous events focused on members and intern architects.
To participate, email the OAA’s human resources assistant Samantha Marshall with your practice’s name, representative interested in attending, and a brief summary on why your firm would like to be included by August 31.
