Until September 17, Colliers Project Leaders is seeking responses to its Vendor of Record (VOR) Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) through MERX for General Architectural Services and General Interior Design Services in relation to high-complexity projects, with construction budgets ranging from $100,000 to $20 million. Infrastructure Ontario (IO) has recently awarded the contract to Colliers to become IO’s new Project Management Service Provider (PMSP), offering management services for high-complexity projects. Colliers will be establishing and managing its own VORs going forward in accordance with IO’s procurement policies. IO’s current VOR lists expire this fall.
