CSA standards are an important reference tool for Architects and Licensed Technologists OAA to ensure design and construction meet building code requirements. In upholding its responsibility to serve the public interest, the OAA has renewed a program providing all practices with access to these standards.
Architects and Licensed Technologists OAA can use the CSA OnDemand platform to access all standards referenced in the National Building Code and the Ontario Building Code, as well as the following:
- CSA A460:19, Bird-Friendly Building Design;
- CSA A500:16 (R2021), Building Guards; and
- CSA Z250:21, Process for Delivery of Volumetric Modular Buildings.
