The Radicepura Garden Festival has launched its call for ideas for the fifth edition of its Biennale. Founded by artistic director Antonio Perazzi, the Sicily-based event is dedicated to garden design and is this year centred around the theme "Chaos (and) Order in the Garden".
The international call is open to a variety of individuals and creative teams under the age of 36, including intern architects, students, artists, engineers, landscape architects, and others with a special emphasis on crafting seven distinct gardens.
With a focus on biodiversity, natural landscapes, and the Mediterranean built environment, the Italian festival seeks innovative, attractive, and usable designs that engage visitors and convey a clear message.
The deadline for applications is
September 15. Participation in this event is free. For more information and to apply to the landscape competition, visit the
Radicepura Garden Festival website.
