Province Issues Technical Bulletins for Identifying Code Changes

In the July 10, 2024, edition of CodeNews (no. 358), the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) shared a 118-page PDF that identifies key changes in Ontario’s Building Code, which comes into effect on January 1, 2025.

The “2024 Building Code Technical Bulletins–July 2024” document collects a series of Technical Bulletins intended to help architects and other users identify where changes have been made and provide information about each. It includes a table of contents to learn more about specific topics of interest. The document was made available to CodeNews subscribers and can be obtained by emailing codeinfo@ontario.ca.
