The OAA is an active member of the Construction and Design Alliance of Ontario (CDAO), which is conducting research through a short survey to get a clear understanding of how the Construction Act is impacting Ontario’s broader construction and design sector, including the architecture profession.

Certificate of Practice holders are encouraged to participate in the eight- to 10-minute survey, which will contribute to the scope and shape of industry efforts to improve the Act and market conditions by providing perspective on key issues such as prompt payment, lien rights, and contract terms and conditions. (Only one response per practice is allowed.)

CDAO has partnered with Bramm Research to confidentially administer and gather research findings. The results will be provided to the OAA and the CDAO in aggregate form, along with summary reports that will be made available to survey participants.
