On October 26, OAA President Susan Speigel sent a Special Bulletin to all OAA licensed members, and those who have status with the Association, to reiterate unequivocally that the use of unpaid students or interns is not condoned by the Association, which strongly believes it is incumbent on architectural practices to pay their employees fairly and to provide reasonable working conditions.
