Centennial College has announced that students in their Architectural Technology program are primed for co-op placements. These students are prepared to apply their technical knowledge and skills to assist organizations with short-term, temporary, or contract staffing needs, offering flexible placement durations of four, eight, or 12 months.
Equipped with skills in AutoCad, Revit, and SketchUp, these students are prepared to assist organizations in creating and revising construction drawings. Their education provides a solid foundation in Ontario’s Building Code, the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating program, and comprehensive construction methods.
Prospective employers can take advantage of various wage subsidies and tax credits, making the hiring process both cost-effective and beneficial to both parties.
