As mentioned in the Practice Advisory last month (issue 15), many project owners have begun unveiling their vaccination mandates. While these typically apply to the owner’s employees, they may also require compliance by consultants and other project parties. The details and contract language can vary widely, so it is important for those in the architecture profession to carefully review the mandates.

The OAA has also updated its COVID-19 Updates resource with further suggestions for when a client requests vaccination status, including a series of questions to ask one’s self before signing an attestation form.
