Archi·North Summer Camp Welcomes High School Students to Northern Ontario

The McEwen School of Architecture is hosting its Archi·North Summer Camp, a bilingual and tricultural program designed for high school students entering Grades 11 and 12. Located in Sudbury, the architecture school is set to offer a comprehensive introduction to drafting, design, and model-making.

Participants can choose from English or French sessions, with instruction led by faculty and graduates at the McEwen School’s campus. The program offers practical experience, including project exhibitions and access to state-of-the-art facilities.

Two session options are available for new and returning participants, with registration now open. Eligible students from Northern Ontario can apply for Collab·North Sponsorships, covering tuition. Additionally, Sector-Partnered Experience certificates are available for SHSM students in qualifying sectors.

This unique opportunity combines hands-on learning with cultural exploration, sparking creativity for future careers in architecture.

Register soon to secure a spot, as sessions fill quickly. Learn more or inquire at archicamp@laurentian.ca.
