Jeff Speck (AICP, CNU-A, LEED-AP, Honorary ASLA) is a city planner and author who advocates internationally for more walkable cities. In a recent Planetizen poll, he was voted one of the ten “most influential urbanists of all time.” Jeff is an expert on livable and vibrant downtowns and advocates internationally for more walkable cities. What makes great downtowns flourish? How do you create an inviting place where people come and stay awhile?
