Jane's Walk - Visions of Downtown Kitchener, Past and Present

Join us for a Jane's Walk tour and discussion of downtown Kitchener with John MacDonald of John MacDonald Architect!

Jane’s Walk is a community-based approach to city building that uses volunteer-led walking tours to make space for people to observe, reflect, share, question and re-imagine the places in which they live, work and play.

We will look at various built artifacts (streets, buildings and other public offerings) that tell the stories of the many visions that influence downtown Kitchener as it exists today, and into the future.

Walk Start and End Location: University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy, corner of King & Victoria Streets.
