WLI Toronto’s Build Your Circle (formerly Book Club Without the Books) returns this fall with a series of intimate networking sessions designed to connect emerging and established leaders from across the GTHA through meaningful, authentic conversations.
Rooted in WLI Toronto’s mission to accelerate the growth, leadership, and impact of women across ULI, the real estate industry, and the broader city-building sector, Build Your Circle fosters genuine relationships, expands professional networks, and champions more inclusive and equitable opportunities—one conversation at a time.
Each session brings together a small, diverse group of women from a range of disciplines, career stages, and experiences to explore topics such as career growth, leadership, personal transitions, and professional successes. Guided by a dedicated host, every conversation is shaped by the participants, creating a supportive environment where meaningful connections and shared insights can flourish.
The initiative features multiple concurrent cohorts hosted in locations across the GTHA, with each cohort participating in four thoughtfully curated sessions. The program concludes with a celebratory networking event that brings together participants from all cohorts, providing an opportunity to reconnect, strengthen existing relationships, and expand professional circles even further.
