There's something remarkable happening on Toronto’s waterfront. A bold vision reflecting the confident, welcoming, and imaginative civic spirit of our city is materializing before our eyes.
Our city is again orienting itself to the water. Torontonians are demanding more beauty, more utility, and more originality than ever—residents imagine a waterfront that is timeless, adaptive, and that will propel us into our rightful place among the great waterfront cities of the world.
A tri-government investment of $975 million this past January ushers in a new chapter in Toronto’s waterfront revitalization. In addition to accelerating the delivery of new housing for over 15,000 people and delivering magnetic destinations, it will do much more: it will remind people of everything they want from living in the city and demonstrate what is possible when vision, passion, and design excellence are brought together.
Join ULI Toronto and Waterfront Toronto as we unpack what’s next for Toronto's waterfront and how this unprecedented opportunity will ultimately create a new city within a city, home to more than 100,000 people.
