Calling all designers, developers, and contractors who design and construct buildings in the Greater Toronto Area to join CTBUH Canada for a networking hot breakfast, lecture, and panel discussion on tanked basements.

Industry experts will give insight into compliance with the city’s foundation drainage policy, the fundamentals of designing a tanked basement, and the installation procedures to achieve a long-serving, dry, tanked basement. Following these presentations, a panel discussion will be moderated by Mark Garland, President of general contractor GCL Builds.
