Menno Kooistra, Elephant Lecture

For the final lecture as part of the Department of Architectural Science at Toronto Metropolitan University's lecture series for the 2022/2023 academic year, we will be joined by Menno Kooistra of Amsterdam-based Elephant.

The lecture will be discussing how Elephant uses a data-driven process in designing and in creating new building typologies.

Elephant was founded by Menno Kooistra in 2015 and focuses on creating “healthy, sustainable and adaptable architecture without compromise.”

This lecture is generously supported by the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Toronto.

The Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Toronto aims to support partnerships, inspire collaboration and contribute to cultural activities in Canada by introducing Dutch innovation in the creative sector to the Canadian public.

This lecture is free of charge and open to the public. No registration is required.
