Registration Details
The OAA recommends you familiarize yourself with the various possibilities in advance of online registration scheduled for Tuesday, March 22 at 2:00 PM.
ConEd, Tours & Event Packages
In-person Conference
Important Note: Packages include both Continuing Education sessions, lunches, and Tours. Tours offer unstructured hours.
Full Conference Package
You can select the Full Conference Package, providing at least 19.5 hours of Continuing Education plus three lunches. You can select any combination of sessions and tours to equal the required daily hours of learning—6.0 hours of learning on Wednesday, 6.0 hours of learning on Thursday, and 7.5 hours of learning on Friday.
Daily Package
If you prefer attending one day only, you could select a Daily Package and choose any combination of sessions and tours plus the daily lunch.

Virtual Conference
The virtual Conference provides a set schedule offering 19.25 hours of Continuing Education (check back for details).
Guest Tickets
Members can register a guest for tours, lunches, or social events within their Conference registration at the member price. In order to register a guest, complete your personal registration and then register your guest on the confirmation page.
NOTE: Guests who are OAA members are required to register separately for Continuing Education sessions in order to track Continuing Education hours.
General Information
TICKETS: To receive your ticket to any of the social events, Continuing Education sessions, or Tours included in the Conference packages, you must select the event you wish to attend.
Dietary Restrictions And Accessibility
Do you have any special physical, dietary, or medical requirements? After completing your registration, you will be directed to your Summary of Registration where you will have an opportunity to report your special requirements.
Enrolment Policy
Continuing Education learning hours will be uploaded to members’ OAA Transcripts based on Continuing Education sessions, Tours, and qualified social event attendance. OAA reserves the right to cancel a Continuing Education session or Tour if there is insufficient enrolment. Every effort will be made to communicate changes as they occur. American Institute of Architects (AIA) members can obtain their record of learning hours by emailing oaaconed@oaa.on.ca.
Refund Policy
Days of Learning
Note: There is no refund for choosing fewer than the Continuing Education sessions that represent the days of learning included in any Continuing Education package.
Registration
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after April 27. To obtain a refund prior to this date, email the official receipt along with your written request to conferenceregistration@oaa.on.ca.
