Architects will be guided through the impact of building materials and systems on the structure and
façade of mid-rise and high-rise building design scenarios evaluated using environmental metrics,
project cost and construction timelines.

  2. Explore the role of case studies in material selection.
  3. Understand the importance of holistic comparison and functional equivalents when contrasting
    building elements.
