Project closeout is crucial as the final phase of construction before a project is handed over to the project owner. This webinar will explain the processes, CCDC's contractual requirements, and the parties' roles and responsibilities relating to the project closeout.
Attendees will learn:
- How to meet the prerequisites to attain key project milestones, such as Substantial Performance of the Work, Ready-for-Takeouver and Partial Occupancy.
- Contractual requirements for closeout submittals, such as as-built and record drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranty documents, spare parts, maintenance, and special tools.
- Key considerations in demonstration and training for project owner's personnel.
- The roles and responsibilities of the contractor, commissioning agency, consultant, and project owner for commissioning.
