Rowley works with founders and owners to develop business strategies that help them achieve their professional and financial goals. Innovia Partners is a specialized management consultancy founded in 2004 to serve creative and project-based businesses. Rowley's services include strategic planning, succession planning, finance and operations improvement, profitability and productivity improvement and key talent management.

Victor is a Senior Consultant at Innovia Partners. Victor works with Innovia's clients on compensation assignments and is responsible for Innovia's compensation surveys. He also leads projects that drive improvements to systems, processes, project management and profitability.
