Elaine Pantel is a seasoned independent consultant with over 30 years of experience, including more than 20 years of providing strategic advisory services to executive leaders in the Architecture, Engineering, and Design (AED) industry. Before transitioning to independent consulting, Elaine was a Partner at a Toronto-based CPA firm, where she honed her expertise consulting in the areas of firm value generation, succession planning, financial literacy and M&A.
Elaine’s deep understanding of the AED industry's unique challenges and strategic goals has empowered firm leaders to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success. She has designed and delivered educational presentations for prominent industry organizations such as the OAA, OALA, BEAT, and SDA Canada.
