Reference will also be made to a number of the significant differences in coverage under Policy No 4. (Increased Limits).
As a complement to the discussion about the Policy content, the program will also include a review of the circumstances that led to the Elliot Lake Mall collapse in June 2012 and the findings and conclusions of the Commission of Inquiry that was called to determine the causes of the collapse and make recommendations to avoid a similar catastrophe in the future.
The Elliot Lake Mall presentation will include discussion of the ensuing litigation involving architects and the assistance provided by their professional liability insurance.
