Since its inception in 2018, Lanescape Architecture has been transforming underutilized spaces from across Toronto into urban housing solutions, working closely with the city to develop new laneway suite bylaws. 

Founded by architect Craig Race, and developers Alex Sharpe and Andrew Sorbara, the firm stresses public education and sustainable design, offering free information sessions and property reports to help educate homeowners into making more informed decisions. Recognized for design excellence, the firm fosters community engagement through hands-on experiences and supports architectural advancement through cooperative placements with academic institutions.
