Renewal Invoice Tips
Your Licence and Certificate of Practice are two separate billing systems, with separate logins. To switch from one billing system to another, remember to sign out, select the desired billing system, and then log in.
You can click on “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” on the log-in page for the Online Renewal Invoice to retrieve your information.
Select “Pay Offline” to have a renewal invoice sent to the email address of record.
If your practice is paying your renewal fee, add the accounting department’s email address in the “Invoice Only” field. It will receive a copy of your renewal invoice once you have completed the online process. Make sure you select “Pay Offline” to complete your renewal invoice.
IMPORTANT RENEWAL INFORMATION BY MEMBER TYPE:
Payment is due January 2. If this is not received prior to March 1, you will automatically be assessed a late-payment penalty.
If payment is not received by March 31, your licence will be subject to cancellation.
To ensure your name remains on the Association’s Register, the total fee must be submitted prior to March 1.

You are required to take and report 70 hours of Continuing Education activities in a two-year cycle. You must complete the renewal invoice to ensure your contact information is up to date. It also provides you with the opportunity to join a Local Architectural Society. You are not required to pay Licence fees. If you are a Longstanding Architect with a Certificate of Practice you must continue to pay the Certificate of Practice annual fee.

To hold Student Associate status, you must be actively enrolled at a School of Architecture or in the RAIC Syllabus program
