The OAA Registration Committee derives its statutory authority from the Architects Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. A.26 and R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 27: General. This manual (which excludes the appendices) is a guide for the Registration Committee before, during, and after a hearing in order to ensure consistency, openness, and fairness in the treatment of a case referred to the Registration Committee.
